Description

No face. No horizon. Just a dense surface where blue lingers like air between brushstrokes. Yellow, pink, white, and black collide with it in short brushstrokes. From a distance, it’s a blur. Up close, it’s impasto, a groove, a buildup.

Subject: a non-representational composition. An all-over surface; the painting has no center where the eye would settle and come to rest. Here, memory is not a scene—it is the temperature of colors.
