Description
The horizon is the only certainty.
Below, stubble. Above it, colors clash like the weather that hasn’t yet made up its mind—the green remnants of summer, a flash of orange, a burgundy shadow. A landscape without a path. All it takes is air and fields.
From a distance, a quiet strip of land beneath the sky.
Up close, a scratch in the ochre and soft islands of color above it.
Into the living room and bedroom. Toward wood and linen. In the evening, the ochre deepens, the sky grows gray.
The original.
A low horizon, lyrical masses of color instead of clouds. Impressionism reduced to the weather.
