Diptych, depth 9 cm, 0.5 kg (both pieces), created using a unique technique: Structural Haptic 3D High Impasto Cosmic-volcanic
Magia came into being the moment something opened up inside me—something I’d kept buried beneath the surface my whole life. Childhood trauma, and the raw reality I felt but had refused to see for years… and yet it was still there. Silent, dark, patient, and smiling at me. And one day, it wouldn’t let me run away anymore. It forced me to stop, take a breath, and look into the places where it hurts so much that I’d rather cover it up with light, laughter, and my own strength.
This diptych captures exactly that turning point. The moment when something inside a person tears open—not to bleed again, but to finally see the truth for what it is. And I saw it, heard it, without even wanting to. Without illusions. No excuses. No masks. No explanations. The crack in the middle is my scar. A story that has been irrevocably imprinted on my body and soul. And when I finally accepted it, it ceased to be just pain. It became energy. It began to shine. It began to change me. I believe that every truth will eventually come to light. The metallic layers—gold, copper, bronze—are not mere decoration. They are transformation. Magic that is born precisely where we are most broken. From the darkness emerges a light that can no longer be silenced. Magia is my alchemy: pain that turns into strength, truth that turns into light, and me, transforming before my very eyes, because I no longer succumb to hope, illusion, or the lies of my own family. I have none of those left, nor do I have any pretense, lies, or manipulation. This work is the moment when you pause in the midst of chaos and, for the first time, allow yourself to say: “Yes. It happened. And it will no longer define me, control me, or have any power over me.”
