Description
This abstract painting is an expression of my fascination with structure, silence, and transience. I use an earthy, monochromatic palette of brown, gray, and white tones to create the impression of slowly flowing layers of time—as if a wall or tree bark had become a vessel for memories. The vertical lines resemble falling rain or the traces of wind on the surface of objects that remain still even as everything around them flows by. It is a painting about silence, about the traces left behind, and about what endures.
