Description
RHIANNON – Great Queen between the Worlds Rhiannon is a figure from Welsh myth, particularly from the Mabinogion, a medieval collection of tales based on older Celtic oral traditions. The name "Rhiannon" comes from the Welsh Rigantona, meaning "Great Queen" or "Divine Queen". She is probably a remnant of the worship of the Gallic or Britonic goddess Epona, protector of horses, fertility, and the underworld.
