The work is part of the four-part series *VESTIGIUM 2026*, based on a direct imprint of the artist’s body on canvas.
Here, the imprint is not merely a depiction of the feet, but a physical record of presence. The irregularity of the pigment, the texture of the skin, and the varying pressure upon contact with the canvas are preserved as an authentic trace of a specific moment.
Each of the four paintings in the series was created as a separate original in a different metallic shade.
The work is set in a black wooden frame custom-made for the specific canvas. Total dimensions with frame: 46x51 cm.
